This information will be stored securely, and will only be provided to the staff member’s chosen Personal Consultant for the purposes of the counselling sessions. All information in the StartSMART program will be stored and managed in accordance with the requirements of the Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 and the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
